The tranquility of a boat rocking on the water is a shot that I was keen to take, perhaps not the most imaginative but a great shot opportunity all the same. This was the last shot of my trip away and the initial use of the new Canon EOS 70D, this has definitely proved to be a great addition to my photography, although perhaps the bar was low with the old EOS 350D.

There is clearly lots to learn, but  good initial trip out.  the next steps is to do some experiments with light as this is an area that I feel will have a great impact on the shots I take.

I was pleased with the outcome of this photo as I think it does capture the tranquility of the fjord and is a great memory of my time in Denmark.
